At GALAX, every piece is crafted with care. If for any reason your purchase is not perfect for you, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags for an exchange or refund — provided the return is made within 15 days of purchase.
How to Return
- Please include a copy of your original invoice and briefly state the reason for return inside the package.
- Return the item via a traceable courier or registered post at your own expense. We recommend using a courier service that provides tracking and a delivery confirmation.
